TEACH Access provides resources, guidance, and instructions for educators and school administrators to create, access, and update information within their TEACH Online accounts.

Support for Educators

TEACH Access offers assistance to educators and applicants in establishing and accessing their TEACH Online accounts, recovering usernames and passwords, and resolving common login issues. Additionally, we provide guidance on submitting requests for name changes, Social Security number updates, and other account modifications. We also support individuals in obtaining a TEACH Access Number (TAN) for individuals without a Social Security number.

Support for School Administrators

TEACH Access offers support to New York State schools with administrative privileges within the TEACH Online system. Resources available include guidance on requesting new administrator access, removing access from current authorized users, and troubleshooting common account access issues.
